Federal Highway Administration: Strategic Agenda for Pedestrian and Bicycle Transportation
This Strategic Agenda will inform the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) pedestrian and bicycle activities in the next 3 to 5 years and is being organized around four goals: (1) Networks, (2) Safety, (3) Equity, and (4) Trips. Each goal includes actions relating to (a) Capacity Building, (b) Policy, (c) Data, and (d) Research. The Strategic Agenda will inform future investments, policies, and partnerships and serves as the update to DOT's 1994 National Bicycling and Walking Study.

Idaho Transportation Department: Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP)
The purpose of the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), formerly known as Community Choices for Idaho, is to provide for a variety of alternative transportation projects to address the needs of non-motorized users and to advance the Idaho Transportation Department's (ITD) strategic goals of Mobility, Safety and Economic Opportunity while maximizing the use of federal funds. The Community Transportation Enhancement Program (CTEP) is a Montana program that funds transportation related projects designed to strengthen the cultural, aesthetic, and environmental aspects of Montana's intermodal transportation system.
