The Western Community Assessment Network is a 3-year, USDA-funded collaboration among Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming to understand, evaluate, and improve how Community Reviews work and help participating communities see greater success in achieving their goals.

Community Reviews are comprehensive assessment programs that provide information and tools to help communities address priority issues and enhance quality of life for their residents.

The Montana Economic Developers Association (MEDA) is a group of professional economic developers, business specialists, government employers, and staff members of affiliated non-profit organizations which promote and foster economic development activities in Montana.

The Idaho Rural Partnership (IRP) joins diverse public and private resources in innovative collaborations to strengthen communities and improve life in rural Idaho.

The Wyoming Business Council works with private businesses, state agencies, local governments, local economic development groups, partners and nonprofits to grow and diversify Wyoming's economy, create jobs and enhance quality of life.
