The article "Rural Life: What Keeps People from Getting Involved?" (p.38) was published today in Connections An Annual Journal of the Kettering Foundation. Her article provides an examination of survey data from 2018 to May 2021 and seeks to understand why people are coming up against barriers to civic engagement in their communities.
